Print-MO Internal Reporting Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026. This policy describes the Print-MO Internal Reporting Connector, a private tool for accessing Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Analytics 4 data from accounts and properties that Print-MO is authorized to use.
Data accessed
- Search Console: search queries, clicks, impressions, pages, indexing, sitemaps, and related search performance data.
- Google Ads: account, campaign, ad, spend, conversion, and performance data.
- Google Analytics 4: property, traffic, event, and conversion reports.
How we use the data
Print-MO uses this information for its own SEO, website analytics, advertising analysis, and internal reporting. Access is limited to the Google accounts, properties, and advertising accounts for which the signed-in user has permission.
AI assistants and service providers
When an authorized user asks ChatGPT, Codex, or another approved assistant to analyze connected data, the information needed for that request may be sent to that service for processing and appear in its conversation history or reports. The connector is not offered to customers. Print-MO does not sell Google account data.
Access, storage, and deletion
Connector credentials and authorization tokens are used to maintain access to the requested Google services. Access can be revoked in the Google account or by disconnecting the connector. Internal reports and conversations may remain in the tools where they were created until deleted under those tools settings.
