Updated May 2025 – Print‑MO Team
Quick Summary
| Your Order Size | Best Print Method | Why It Wins |

| 49–250 pieces | It Depends → Let us quote both | Complex artwork? DTF. Simple 1‑2 color logo? Screen can save a few bucks. |
| 250+ pieces | Screen Printing | Screens are made, ink flows fast, and durability is legendary. |
How Each Method Works
Direct-to-Film (DTF) in 60 Seconds
- Your artwork prints full-color onto clear film.
- We apply and cure a thin adhesive powder.
- Heat-press transfers onto the garment.
- Carrier peels off, leaving a bright, flexible print.
Screen Printing in 60 Seconds
- Each color is burned into its own screen.
- Ink is pushed through screens sequentially.
- Print cures in a conveyor dryer.
